Privacy Policy
Only Jesus Church (대한예수교장로회 온지교회, “the church”) protects visitors’ personal information under Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act. The Korean version of this policy is the authoritative one.
1. What we collect and why
The church handles personal information only to help you visit on Sunday when you ask through the website, and to send Onji Monthly, the church newsletter, to those who subscribe.

The church does not collect health, faith struggles or other sensitive information through the website’s forms. For questions of faith, call or email the pastor directly.
2. How long we keep it
Visit requests are stored as responses to the church’s Google Form and are deleted within a year of getting in touch. The website server does not store them. A copy of each new request is emailed to the church’s Naver mail (onjichurch@naver.com) as a notification.
Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe; ask by replying to a newsletter, calling or emailing, and we delete your address without delay.
Responses, sheet rows and notification emails are deleted permanently; anything copied onto paper is shredded.
3. Sharing
We do not give your information to third parties, except where a law specifically requires it.
4. Service provider and transfer abroad
Visit requests and newsletter subscriptions are received and stored by the provider below, which moves them outside Korea.

5. Anonymous questions (OJC Picker)
Questions sent from the “doubting questions” section collect no name, contact or other identifying information. Only the question text and time are kept, in Google Forms and Sheets (Google LLC, USA), for the Sunday question time. Please leave anything that identifies you out of your question.
6. Cookies and logs
We use no cookies or analytics. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA), which may briefly process access logs (IP address, time, browser) on its servers under its own rules for security and operation. The church does not collect or keep these logs.
External services such as sermon videos (YouTube), fonts (Google Fonts) and map links (Naver Map, Kakao Map, Google Maps) follow their own privacy policies.
7. Your rights
You may ask at any time to see, correct, delete or stop the processing of your information. Contact the privacy officer below and we will act without delay.
Children under 14 should contact us through a parent or guardian.
8. Security
The form travels only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only the people responsible can open the Google account holding the responses, which is protected with two-step verification.

11. Changes
We will post any change on the website at least seven days before it takes effect.
